Devon H. Miller, Esq., is a licenced U.S. Attorney and Juris Doctor with experience across more than half-a-dozen national and international jurisdictions. Over his two years practicing, and over seven years of education & training, he has served as a co-counsellor alongside firms across the US, and has both professional and legal experience within governmental, private, and NGO sectors. These experiences include working as a permanent staff member in the Hawaii State Legislature and as an International Manager for a British non-profit executing Horizon Europe and EU projects.
While Devon has successfully practicing estate and complex litigation for over two years, he wanted to return to his ex-patriot family in the United Kingdom, and his home away from home.
An alumnus of the William S. Richardson School of Law, Devon specialises in estate planning, business formations, contract law, appeals, and mediations. These skills were honed through internships with Justice Lana Myers of the 5th District Court of Appeals in Dallas, Texas, the Hawaii's Office of the Attorney General, and various other legal offices within the U.K.
As a published legal author, Devon's work has contributed to significant State action in Hawaii, most notably playing a key role in the state's landmark acquisition of Lake Wilson from Dole Food Company for $26 million in 2021, facilitating the rehabilitation of its shores after years of stalled negotiations and neglect.

Harro Hare Law can help you with Estate Planning even if you have assets across multple states. And luckily for expats, this flexibility also extends to assets located in the United Kingdom!
A free educational consultation is included with every package. This will help ensure you get an estate plan tailored to your needs, ensuring your wishes will be honored, and your assets & family protected the way you'd want them to be.
All of our plans are modular - estate plans change over time, and we are more than happy to help with this. While other attorney's will charge you an hourly rate in addition to the cost per new ammendment (currently averaging at $300-500 an hour), once you're a part of the Harro Hare Ohana, you'll only pay for the additional provisions as and when you need them!
